Questions, answered straight

Is buying a gun online legal?

Yes — fully legal when it ships to a licensed FFL and you pass the background check at pickup. That's the only way we do it.

How long does it take?

Most orders reach the FFL in 3–7 business days. The check itself usually clears in minutes.

What does the transfer cost?

$20 flat per firearm, shipped to the licensed dealer you choose.

What if I fail the background check?

Full refund minus restocking. Straight talk: if you can't pass, you can't buy — from us or anyone.

Not sure it’ll fit your setup?

Call us before you order. We’d rather spend five minutes on the phone working out whether a pistol suits your hand, or whether an optic will clear your irons, than have you send something back. Reach us on (346) 210-2210 or at info@spurdefense.com.
